Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) from our shop in Pine Bush, NY.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.00 USD.
How long will it take to get my order?
The total time to receive your order includes our processing time plus the carrier's transit time.
- Handling Time: 1 Business Day (We typically ship orders the same or next business day).
- Order Cutoff: 8:00PM EST
- Transit Time: 2-5 Business Days (via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail).
- Total Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3-8 business days from the date of purchase.
Please allow extra time during busy seasons (such as holidays) as postal delays are out of our control.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and the shipping label created.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@foddy.store or call us at 845-213-3309. Our shipments are insured, and we will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
